Marketing and Campaigns Manager – Propositions

About the Role
easyJet is seeking a skilled Marketing and Campaigns Manager – Propositions to join our Inflight Retail team. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies for Inflight Retail Marketing propositions and new product launches.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop insight-driven marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
- Own the end-to-end Inflight customer journey touchpoints and analyse customer interactions to inform marketing decisions
- Implement marketing plans and manage creative development and implementation of Inflight Retail marketing campaigns across various channels
- Identify, own, and report on commercial KPIs to measure campaign success
Requirements
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in a retail capacity
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret customer insights
- Excellent creative judgement and ability to develop effective marketing strategies
- Resilient and organised, with ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
