About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing and Campaigns Manager to join our Inflight Retail team at easyJet. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing strategies for our Inflight Retail propositions and new product launches.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop insight-driven marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey touchpoints to deliver brilliant customer experiences
  • Implement marketing plans and manage creative development and implementation of Inflight Retail marketing campaigns
  • Identify, own, and report on commercial KPIs

Requirements

  • Minimum 4-5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in a retail capacity
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to interpret customer insights
  • Resilient, organised, and able to react to a constantly changing environment
