About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to join our Private Assets team at Schroders. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and support for our organization's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and delivery of new and evolving propositions for our private markets business, including full marketing responsibility for the new joint venture.
  • Create and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with the organization's objectives and target audience.
  • Oversee the development and management of the joint venture's brand identity and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Lead the creation of compelling content, including marketing materials, website content, and social media posts.
  • Develop and manage social media strategy to increase engagement, followers, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.
Requirements
  • Educated to Degree level.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in private assets marketing.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing and brand proposition strategies.
  • Understanding of media relations and digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, CRM software, and social media management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to craft compelling stories and messages.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in managing senior and multi-functional stakeholders.
