**What you’ll do**
The Home Broadband Propositions and Delivery team is responsible for the strategy and execution of everything we sell - defining and delivering the Home Broadband roadmap aimed at continuing this market leading growth. We define our proposition/messaging strategy and translate into requirements. Proposition, Marketing Strategy and Delivery work hand in hand to ensure we are consistently driving value into the market and optimising what we do so we deliver best in class propositions with a disruptive marketing wrap.

Working across the Consumer organisation and our partners to build propositions targeting our cure segments and drive convergence. Working closely with the Propositions managers to develop proposition ideas guiding a proposition through introduction, in-life optimisation and end of life. This Associate will own a delivery and optimisation of our hardware and WiFi propositions.
- Supports the definition of proposition strategies for hardware platforms ad WiFi - including investigating and proposing the customer insights, target audience and market opportunities, proposition initiatives, desired customer experience and marketing strategy and how this fits into the overall broadband & consumer strategy.
- Owns the production of detailed requirements for a proposition going from ideation to delivery to inform the delivery
- Supports proposition delivery to make decisions aligned with outcomes
- Coordinates the go-to-market and marketing strategy with the proposition manager to help maximise its performance
- Work closely with commercial teams to ensure proposition enhancements deliver value into our P&L and measure ongoing performance against business case targets and make changes to accelerate
- Owns long term proposition and customer segment targeting strategy and aligns with other segments to ensure consistent approach for the Vodafone brand.
