We are looking to recruit a Voluntary Services Recruitment Administrator to support our volunteers across ESNEFT.

This role will allow us to recruit new volunteers, enabling us to engage untapped volunteer resources and access their energy and new ideas. In turn this will enable us to support more patients, develop new volunteer opportunities and help us take our patient experience above and beyond normal NHS service provision.

The main purpose of the role is to identify and develop appropriate volunteer roles, recruit volunteers into the role and support their ongoing training and development. The other will be to build professional relationships with our existing and new volunteers and service leads across the organisation.

With a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills you will be able to easily build rapport with volunteers, staff and stakeholders in order to understand need and support services.

This post is based at our Ipswich Hospital site but you may be required to work across ESNEFT sites and from home occasionally.
- Provide a front of house service for the Voluntary Services team, sign posting where appropriate and liaising with the team to deliver a robust volunteering offer for the Trust
- Ensure the accurate and effective use of the electronic recruitment and training systems to provide a seamless process for volunteers and collate data for the purpose of evidence based recruitment and training practice

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the department inbox and phone line
- Sign post enquires to the relevant Voluntary Services team member and departments within the Trust
- Assist with the registration and training process, advising managers of any further information required and then the outcome of any checks undertaken
- Support the Voluntary Services Coordinator to advertise roles both on the Trust recruitment system
- Process all adverts, liaising with the Voluntary Services team, project leads and department volunteer leads, ensuring accuracy through proof reading all final adverts
- Manage individual recruitment plans on electronic recruitment system, from start to finish, supporting and advising Voluntary Services team as required
- Keep up to date with any amendments or updates to departmental systems and ensure they are implemented appropriately
- Inform the Voluntary Services team of any issues relating to new volunteers commencing their role
- Booking interview venues, training venues and dates as and when required
- Prepare new and review existing operational procedures as and when necessary
- Undertake any other duties, which might reasonably be required
- Become a champion user of the Better Impact volunteer management system
- Inform the Voluntary Services team of any issues relating to recruited volunteers
- Support the production of data impact reports via Better Impact
- Prepare new and review existing operational procedures as and when necessary
- The post holder will be expected to work independently under their own initiative
- Ensure that service delivery standards are achieved

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
- The duties of this post require close working relationships with all staff within the Voluntary Services department (AD Voluntary Services and Charities, Voluntary Services Business Development Manager, Voluntary Services Coordinators and Voluntary Services Administratiors) and with managers and staff of the wider Trust.
