- Salary: £24,000 per annum plus 7.5% shift allowance (£25,800 total)- Location: 1 Churchill Place, Canary Wharf, London E14 5HP- Contract: Full time, permanent- Hours: 37.5 hours per week- Shifts: Monday-Friday, 07:00-15:00 and 14:00- 22:00 rotating shift pattern- Work Model: Onsite- Williams Lea seeks a Reprographics Operator to join our team- Williams Lea is the leading global provider of skilled business-critical support services to financial, legal and professional services firms.- Sound good so far? Then this is the perfect position for you, and you are just the individual that we are looking for- Purpose of role- To provide high quality reprographics work as part of the Reprographics team, ensuring that all required services are delivered within the agreed service levels and operating methods. Previous experience in reprographics is required for this role.- Key responsibilities- To produce work to specification and schedule.
- To check all work for accuracy to instructions and copy quality.
- Printing, photocopying, collating and binding client presentations and internal documentation using both black and white and colour copier/printers and binding equipment.
- Use advance features on printing / copying machinery, tasks including reducing, enlarging, image shift and slip sheeting on various reprographics equipment
- To notify Senior Repro Op of all service calls for print room machinery.
- To perform light maintenance on machines, i.e change toner, clear paper jams, etc.
- To advise users on the appropriate methods of production.
- To quality control all finished work prior to its despatch from the print room.
- To monitor stock levels of consumables and to raise purchase orders as required.
- Any reasonable ad hoc duties as required by senior management.
- Own or escalate any Production Room machine faults.
- Provision of effective support to the efforts of the operation by assisting with the management of day-to-day workflows and any other mutually agreed tasks and projects.
- Highlighting to the Team Leader any arising issues that may have influence on service quality.
