Reprographics Operator

**Salary**: £26,000 per annum

Location: London, E14

Contract: 6-9 month Fixed Term Contract, Full time 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday to Friday, Initially 8am-4pm during training, then moving to a 10am-6pm shift (30mins unpaid lunch break)

When the Senior Operator is on leave and you are working alone, 8am-4pm (or possibly 9am-5pm) will be required.

Purpose of the role

The Reprographics Operator is responsible for the production of high quality documents to client specifications using high speed reprographic and finishing equipment. They will ensure that a first class service is always delivered to the client.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure the highest levels of customer service are always met. This will include:

- Work is correctly prioritised
- Excellent standards of quality and delivery are consistently met
- Using skilled knowledge of reprographics to ensure work is produced in the most efficient way to the highest quality

To have a full understanding of workflow processes and procedures. To include:

- Ensure accurate work tickets and managing errors to under 3%. All components utilised during production are recorded
- Support colleagues and work as a team in order to achieve the best results for our clients
- To ensure all work is the highest standard through thorough quality checking on all completed work
- To monitor and report any equipment failure
- Ensure all faults are called out and logged as required
- Any issues will need to be reported to the Senior Operator
- To ensure the reprographics area is kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Advise Senior Operator when stock levels are low
