We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the role of Customer Feedback Specialist in the Customer Experience Team. The Customer Experience team supports the organization to deliver our strategy to deliver an excellent customer service.

**About the role**

Our Customer Feedback Specialist supports colleagues at all levels across Karbon to manage and resolve complex complaint cases for our customers. They are also our business point of contact for customer feedback for important external stakeholders such as the Housing Ombudsman, MPs and Councillors, providing leadership teams with up-to-date information on the progress of important cases.

They’ll facilitate effective learning from customer feedback, this includes helping delivery of regular Customer Insight sessions with service teams. Here they will support the development of action plans to improve our services based on customer feedback. This includes looking at our full breadth of feedback including compliments, suggestions and complaints - alongside customer satisfaction data.

- Salary is £31,534 per annum
- Location: Gosforth, Newburn or Stanley
- Travel between our offices may be required
- 37 Hours per week with some homeworking and flexible working
