**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide solutions.
- Identify new sales opportunities and target markets.
- Analyse customer data to identify trends and develop strategies for increasing sales.
- Develop presentations and proposals to present to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and preferences.

Sales Specialist Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Sales Specialist.
- Extensive knowledge of learning principles and modern training techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and team management skills

**Salary**: £26,960.00-£30,183.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Flexitime

Flexible Language Requirement:

- English not required

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Newcastle upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales (preferred)
- Customer service (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
