Sytner Group are excited to offer a customer loyalty specialist role with a basic salary of £20,000 and the potential to make a generous commission.

Our customer loyalty specialists really are at the heart of ensuring that we deliver first class customer experiences to every customer that visits one of our dealerships. You will responsible for making contact with our existing customer database, primarily customers who are returning to our servicing department.

You will offer a contract review and a valuation on their current vehicle as well as the opportunity to test drive our latest product should the customer wish to do so whilst visiting our dealership.

You will be the key point of contact for our returning customers, so it's crucial you get the service right and deliver a VIP experience for our loyal customer base.

**A**bout the role**

You will communicate with customers to support and understand their needs, on their journey to buying a new car.

**About You**

You will have good interpersonal skills and take pride in engaging with customers face-to-face and have passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

A full and valid UK driving licence will also be of benefit.
