Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from the initial project implementation and ongoing support. You will serve as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries, effectively managing relationships and driving customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will encompass coordination with sales, technical support, and development teams to deliver outstanding service and identify opportunities for upselling our solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Zynk and our customers, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
- Manage customer accounts throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial project to ongoing support and beyond.
- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to assess satisfaction levels, address any concerns, and identify opportunities for additional products or services.
- Identify change requests over technical support enquiries and provide proposals and costs.
- Work closely with technical support and development teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and effective project implementation.
- Lead calls and meetings with multiple stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
- Actively seek opportunities to upsell Zynk products and services based on customer needs and usage patterns. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and activities in the CRM system.
**Qualifications**:
- Highly customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Confidence and proficiency in leading calls and meetings with multiple stakeholders.
- Some experience in sales or a strong interest in learning sales techniques.
- Basic technical experience or a strong technical aptitude to effectively understand and communicate technical concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
