**Salary: £14 p/h (Umbrella)**

**Start Date: APRIL 2023**

**Shift Pattern: 36 hours /**
**Full-time**

**DUTIES**:

- Working with the team to answer customers queries, feedback and complaints.
- Ensuring learning from feedback is embedded in the team to ensure service delivery meets the needs of our customers.
- Required to work within our repairs and maintenance team.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Previous experience working within a local authority or a similar organisation.
- Experience of providing a high standard of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Telephone-based customer service and administration processing experience.
