ROLE SUMMARY

The primary objective of the role is to lead large scale, complex transformation programmes and projects across Nursing and AHPs. This will include designing and delivering programmes and projects in accordance with EPUT and wider system and alliance strategies. The role will include direct support to the Director of Nursing and Clinical Governance as required. The role will work across Divisions as required throughout EPUT services.

The post holder will lead on development and implementation of strategies to ensure the safe and appropriate management of Clinical transformation programmes. The role will including the Trust lead on evaluation of Clinical pathways and working with MDT to transfer and modernise as service requires, the lead on Electronic patient records, Clinical audit. NICE guidance and transformation programmes. The post holder will develop approaches to review the effectiveness of the relevant care processes instigated, in order to development outcome measures to drive improvement and contribute to the Trust’s culture of learning. In addition the post holder will operate as the clinical lead to ensure clinical governance and clinical oversight on major Transformation programmes across portfolios, working with the DON & DIPC, Deputy Directors of Quality and improvement and the Director of Safety and Executive Director of Strategy Transformation and Digital
