- You’ll join our UK HR Team and will deliver project orientated work for our People Relations function. This role will support all Business Lines and Corporate Groups by providing Employee Relations expertise in collaboration with the broader HR UK team._
- Working with our colleagues in Global People Services team provides a platform for HR to provide an efficient and compliant HR service in the UK, taking into account global standards and policies._

**What will you do as a People Relations Partner?**:

- Provide first-line support on all aspects of Employee Relations, including sickness absence, grievances, disciplinaries, performance management and misconduct cases, providing policy guidance to line managers, and supporting them in decision making
- Support the execution of restructuring, relocation, mergers, and acquisitions
- Support continuous improvements in HR processes and services
- Support the review and update of HR policies and procedures
- You’ll join our UK HR Team and will Lead and support on specific HR projects as part of the People Relations Team. Supporting the delivery of annual processes, including pay increases, variable pay, and any other country-led projects effectively and efficiently.
- Working alongside our colleagues in the Global People Services team providing a platform for HR to provide an efficient and compliant HR service in the UK
