HR Advisor - Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team in our Nottingham Head Office. As an HR Advisor - Employee Relations Specialist, you will provide practical, solution-focused advice on general HR and People matters, with a strong background in supporting managers with Employee Relations and casework.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR function in providing expert advice and support in relation to HR policies and procedures
  • Manage the ER case-load across the business, supporting line managers with disciplinaries, grievance, absence management, and flexible working requests
  • Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across the region, promoting best HR practice
  • Manage recruitment processes, including job posting on job boards and interviewing
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, measuring their effectiveness and compliance to employment law
Requirements:
  • Sound knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or equivalent
  • Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid UK driving licence
