The Internal Communications Specialist is a valued member of the busy Internal Communications team, and works closely with the Internal Communications Manager, wider Communications team, and colleagues right across the organisation.

**Role responsibility**

You'll be passionate about helping colleagues to have a voice, connect and collaborate through our internal social network, and have ideas about how to further harness the power of this channel. You'll also make sure everyone has the right information theyneed to do their job through daily management of the intranet and have ideas for its development. As part of our listening network, we have regular open Q&A sessions with our executive leaders, and you'll make sure these webinars run smoothly. You'll be afountain of knowledge and advice to colleagues about all things internal communications - from fact-finding meetings with stakeholders, to detailed communication plans. And when the occasion arises, you'll use your creative design skills to chip in and produceengaging content like infographics, digital brochures and posters, as well as basic video-editing, too

This is a varied role, so you'll have good all-round internal communication experience, solid understanding of internal communication theory, intranets, and what makes internal social networks buzz. Whatever comes round the corner, you're happy to roll yoursleeves up and get stuck into the task at hand. Your curiosity about what motivates people helps you build strong working relationships with all levels across the organisation. Getting the details right is just as important as finding efficient way to do things,and you'll be alive with ideas - but also be capable of listening deeply and looking for a win win.
