About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an International Compliance Advisor. As a key member of our International Student Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the University's compliance with UKVI regulations and providing exceptional support to our international students.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a high standard of administrative support to the International Student Compliance team, including providing information, advice, and guidance to students and University staff.
- Support the University's engagement monitoring of international students, making direct interventions with students where required.
- Provide specialist advice on immigration compliance and ensure that all relevant procedures are followed.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders to deliver a high-performance culture that promotes wellbeing, diversity, and opportunity for all.
Requirements
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow processes and procedures.
- Good judgement and ability to respond appropriately, professionally, and within relevant regulations.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to manage priorities, plan own workload, and take ownership of tasks as relevant to the role.
