Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified professional to lead our Legal Practice and Compliance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure the delivery of exceptional legal services to our clients.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned solicitor, chartered legal executive, or licensed conveyancer to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our business. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of legal professionals to deliver high-quality legal services
  • Developing and implementing effective compliance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Providing expert advice and guidance on residential property law and conveyancing
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and development

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6 years of PQE in residential property law and conveyancing
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience of leading high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality legal services and driving business growth
