We are seeking a highly skilled Community Communications Officer to join our team at Severn Trent. As a key member of our marketing and communications team, you will play a vital role in engaging with customers and stakeholders across the Midlands and into mid-Wales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective stakeholder and customer management plans in collaboration with Severn Trent project teams and contractors.
- Own and manage the Customer Management Plan, ensuring seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Lead all stakeholder and customer communications, excluding Traffic Management, to ensure timely and accurate information is shared.
- Manage all customer communication channels, including letters, webpages, press releases, community engagement, public exhibitions, hyperlocal marketing, social media, and internal communications.
- Provide regular updates to project teams, local County Comms Group, and the wider Comms teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Be a subject matter expert in one or more counties within the Severn Trent region, providing in-depth knowledge and guidance to stakeholders and customers.
- Manage the customer complaint process and end-of-scheme customer feedback process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to the management of Severn Trent's brand and reputation, ensuring a single brand strategy is used throughout the customer journey of our planned work program in Mansfield.
