Roles & Responsibilities:
The People Team are at the heart of our ambition to be the greatest place in the world to work and play, curating exceptional experiences for people through belonging and culture.
You will support the Business Partner to develop and deliver people plans across the Resort, including contributing to and reporting on engagement, performance, and development. We’re keen to encourage creativity, so you will have autonomy to own projects and process improvements to make a real difference in this role.
Day to day, you’ll work alongside our frontline people managers acting as coach and confidante, providing advice and guidance on best practice, policy and processes to ensure they create an environment in which they, and their team, can thrive. You’ll provide support through challenges, turn missteps into opportunities to learn and bring fun and optimism - because happiness helps us be our best at work.

Qualifications & Experience:
We’re looking for someone who is driven by having a positive impact for people experience. A confident communicator who can articulate yourself clearly, you’ll have credibility and knowledge, ideally gained through practical experience of an operational people/HR role or a relevant degree level qualification with experience in a customer facing role.
You’ll be able to use and analyse data to monitor effectiveness, track progress and outcomes of projects and draw insights that influence future action. Passionate about self-development, you actively seek out opportunities to grow and learn.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment and solutions focussed, you're adept at identifying and resolving matters in an empathetic way and determined to see things through until they’re done brilliantly.
