Permanent role with guaranteed hours, minimum 30 per week
Hours: 8:45am - 5:15pm / 10:45am - 7:15pm
Working 5 days out of 7 on a rota basis

We are looking for upbeat, organised and fun individuals to join our brand new Merlin Entertainment’s Holidays Short Breaks Call Centre. You will be working full-time, guaranteed hours, a minimum 30 per week. This includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays on a rota system, working 5 days out of 7.

**Main responsibilities**

Creating AWESOME bookings for our amazing guests
Amending bookings
Understanding and providing information on our 5 Resorts and multiple off-site hotels
Upselling package add-ons to guests to ensure they have booked the perfect stay
Meeting targets
Working well as a team

**Qualifications and Experience...**

Be 18 years of age or over (Essential)
Be able to remain calm under pressure
Have good organisational skills
Know how to use Microsoft Office and have basic IT skills
Be a team player
