**What you will be doing**

Policy Expert support their customers across the UK with their Home and Motor Insurance needs. We are on hand in our offices in Motherwell to guide our customers with their insurance, talking with them about options available. This role will be responsible for ensuring our customers receive an exceptional experience while meeting each customer’s individual needs. You will be dealing with inbound calls from existing customers helping them with their queries for Car Insurance.

Our office is open Monday - Friday 8am - 7.15pm and Saturday 9am - 1pm, so we have various shifts across these hours.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
