**Role Overview**:
Administrative support role to assist with the Export, Security and Compliance Officer
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the Regional Export, Security and Compliance Officer
- Co-ordinate customs reporting requirements with all in-house parties, as required.
- Support the site visitors / contractors control process.
- Provide administrative support for the security vetting process.
- Collect and distribute post and deliveries ensuring they are taken to the correct location / department.
- Produce, and continuously review for currency, the SOPs for job related activities as necessary.
- Organise and maintain records for Export, Security and Compliance matters
**Personal Characteristics**:
- Experience of working within a manufacturing business.
- Experience of working within a results driven environment with skills in managing both core process and bringing a creative and innovative approach.
- Engaging at all levels of the organisation both internally and externally.
- Is pro-active and uses initiative in performing tasks and prioritising workloads based on the requirement of the business.
- Determined to work with the business to navigate through potential obstacles to deliver a solution.
- Confidence to challenge people and any missed commitments as required. This will involve working with cross departmental teams and ensuring the accuracy of supplied information.
- Support internal and external export & security audits.
- Previous experience working in both the Export and Security environment would be advantageous.
- Inspires trust, builds credibility, and follows responsible business practices at all times, always prepared to do the right thing.
