**Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Manage and coordinate office activities and operations
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate supply chain and logistics functions
- Utilize production planning and transportation management systems for efficient operations
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and 3PL requirements
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics processes inclusive of EU logistics legislation laws
- Proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Excel
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and/or production planning system
- Ability to negotiate effectively with vendors and suppliers
- Knowledge of FDA regulations related to administrative tasks
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temp to perm

Pay: £26,000.00 per year
