With demand ever increasing, this company that has built a standout reputation within the logistics sector, has an opening within its busy team and is now searching for an Exports Operations Clerk to join them.

**Overview**:
Our client, based in Coleshill, is an independently owned freight forwarding company which was established over 30 years ago and has held AEO accreditation for over 10 years. Continually pushing into new markets, they're expanding organically and are recognised as a company that can be depended on.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collate all export documentation from the customer
- Confident in creating export documents for Europe
- Prepare and provide accurate export documentation for the customer, in accordance with legislation and shipping terms
- Administer all export documentation and transfer all data onto the internal database
- Use source documents such as sales reports and bills to ensure all data entered onto the database is accurate and verified
- Successfully maintain export-related documentation, including logs and completed work reports
- Support with the exportation of goods overseas, mainly to Europe and Switzerland
- Provide high-level administration support to the wider export team

**Experience**:

- Experience within logistics, preferably within exports would be a distinct advantage
- Boasts a keen eye for detail, works with accuracy and is able to spot errors or potential errors
- Strong administration skills, enjoys a detail orientated role and complete work to a high standard
- Able to work as part of a team and also confident working on assignments individually
- Good time management skills, has experience of managing workloads and working to deadlines

- Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm
- Salary is negotiable and dependent on experience, however this is expected to be up to £24,000 with some room for movement
