We are a leading global manufacturer in the construction sector, looking for a strategic Export Sales Manager to spearhead our expansion into high-growth European markets. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development and help drive substantial revenue growth across untapped regions.
Role Overview:
As Export Sales Manager, you’ll take the lead in identifying and securing new business opportunities across the European construction and industrial distribution sectors. You will focus on growing our footprint in underdeveloped markets, targeting high-potential distributors, and forging strategic partnerships that will accelerate market penetration. This is a high-impact, results-driven role where you will shape the future of our brand within Europe’s construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to enter and dominate new European markets, with a strong emphasis on the construction, and industrial sectors.
- New Business Development: Identify, target, and secure relationships with new distributors and key stakeholders within the construction industry to rapidly scale our presence across multiple regions.
- Partnership Building: Cultivate long-term, sustainable relationships with high-value distributors, partners, and industry influencers to establish our products as leaders in the market.
- Closing High-Value Deals: Lead the end-to-end sales process, including negotiating large-scale contracts, delivering impactful presentations, and securing high-value deals that directly contribute to revenue growth.
- Market Intelligence: Provide regular, data-driven reports on market trends, sales performance, and competitor activity, ensuring the business remains agile and competitive in the construction sector.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven experience in sales and business development, specifically within setting up distribution partners.
- Strong background in identifying and securing distributor-led growth, with an ability to penetrate new markets and close major deals.
