We are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant, who will work across Mental Health Admin Hubs, Community Mental Health Receptions and be trained in Community Mental Health standard admin procedures.

The role would be ideal for those with experience of patient and service user contact, an excellent telephone manner and a strong administration focus. Comprehensive training will be provided to the right person.

The administration assistant will support delivery of clerical support to a range of identified clinical services, prioritising and managing own workload using the workflow management system to respond to work activities, customer queries, responding to correspondence.

**The administration assistant will provide support for**:

- Trust receptions at designated Community Mental Health sites
- General administration support for defined community based clinical services

The Administration Assistant role will provide an efficient, effective and high quality administrative support to health and social care professionals and service users/patients within a community based or district wide team.
- Reception roles are within Community Mental Health Receptions
- Admin Hub roles are within admin office environments across Bradford and Keighley

The Mental Health Admin team cover six Community Mental Health Reception sites across Bradford District. Admin office bases are at Horton Park (BD7) and Meridian House (BD21).

We will consider part-time hours, with a maximum of 37.5 per week offered through this vacancy.

Advertised as full time position, however, Job share will be considered for this post, with a minimum of 20 working hours per week (per person)

Our core working hours are Monday - Friday, between 9:00am - 5:00pm.
