As a Claims Negotiator, you will play a key role in helping to recover the cost of keeping customers mobile during their insurance claim by agreeing settlements and payments with insurance companies. Whatever the circumstances of the claim - it is your role agree the best outcome for your customer.

A background in customer service or insurance is entirely optional, but a keen eye for detail, the ability to get to the bottom of things and negotiating will be second nature to you.

**Working Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, between 08:30-17:30 Monday-Friday

**Salary**: Up to £26,000 per annum OTE plus benefits, inclusive of
- competitive base salary
- monthly performance bonus (OTE £3,360 pa)
- a tax-free £500 success bonus on passing probation

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
