**Utilities Administrator**

**£21,500 per annum**

**Full Time Permanent; Monday - Friday 37.5 hours per week**

Residential Management Group Ltd is a large, established, market leading property management company and due to continued growth we are recruiting an Utilities Administrator** **to join our Back Office team to undertake the Investigation and resolution of Utility disconnections and reminders.

**The Role of Utilities Administrator**
- Investigate and resolve queries regarding disconnection of utility supplies.
- Processing/investigating and resolving utility reminders received.
- Utility statement reconciliations.
- Weekly reporting with major utility suppliers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external customers.

**Skills & Experience of the** **Utilities Administrator**
- Minimum 12 months experience in an administrative role/office environment
- Excel and data manipulation skills
