**Office Administrator duties and responsibilities**
- Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency.
- Support internal teams with administration tasks.
- Maintain files and records with effective filing systems.
- Monitor office expenditures and handle office contracts (cleaners, alarm co etc.)
- Welcome visitors and internal employees with warmth and a genuine smile.
- Monitor office supplies inventory.
- Support meeting and conferencing needs.
- Help organise events, summer BBQ, Christmas Party, etc.
- Ensure parking is available for clients.
- Arrange internal events.
- Adhoc duties as and when required.
**Office Administrator requirements and qualifications**
- Previous working experience as an Office Administrator
- Accurate administration and eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Multi-tasking aptitude
- Proactive problem solver
- Highly self-motivated
- A naturally happy disposition
- Empathetic.
- Driven by achievement.
- An interest in digital marketing is required.

**This is a FULL TIME position, part-time hours are not available and the role is office based.**
