We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to enhance our growing team.
Role Overview:
As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of properties, ensuring they are managed effectively and that both landlords and tenants receive the highest level of service. This is an ideal opportunity for a proactive individual with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for property management.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including regular inspections and maintenance coordination.
Develop and maintain positive relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Handle tenant inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Oversee the preparation and processing of rental agreements, renewals, and compliance with legal requirements.
Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard and within budget.
Conduct regular market research to ensure competitive rental pricing and occupancy rates.
Prepare property reports and provide insights to landlords on market trends and property performance.
Assist in the administration of rent guarantee services and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience as a Property Manager or in a similar role within the property management sector.
Understanding of residential property management, tenancy laws, and compliance regulations.
Strong customer service skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively.
Transferable Skills:
Customer Service: Experience in providing exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
Time Management: Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-Solving: Demonstrated capability to address tenant issues and concerns swiftly and effectively.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, essential for negotiating and building relationships.
