Exam Invigilation Assistant

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Exam Invigilator. Reporting to the Head of Academic Administration and Exams, you will work closely with the Exams Office to ensure the smooth delivery of exams within the school.

Purpose of the Job

To support the Exams Office in the delivery of high-quality invigilation and administration of exams, working closely with the Head of Exams and the team of invigilators.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and delivery of exams, ensuring that all necessary materials and equipment are available.
• Work closely with the Exams Office to ensure that all exams are conducted in accordance with JCQ regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors, responding to queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Collaborate with the team of invigilators to ensure that all exams are run smoothly and efficiently.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will possess excellent administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Previous experience in invigilation or a related field is desirable but not essential.
