**Job Title: Receptionist/Administrator**

**Responsibilities**:
As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a crucial role in the smooth functioning of our organization. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively dealing with customer queries and providing excellent customer service.
- Supporting the Documentation team by providing required documents and information.
- Ensuring all shipment-related documents are compiled, including following up with customers for intimation and obtaining updates from the documentation team.
- Handling incoming calls from customers and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail/post, as well as other correspondence, and taking necessary actions accordingly.
You will be the backbone of the company's administration, contributing to its efficiency and success.

**Requirements and Skills**: To excel in this role, it requires the following qualifications and skills:
- Experience working in export/import is preferable but not essential.
- Previous experience as an administrator/receptionist is preferable but not essential.
- A confident and supportive phone manner with exceptional verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
- A strong team player with the confidence to work independently and take initiative.
- The ability to quickly adapt to and learn new systems and processes.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively.
- A talent for building and maintaining strong working relationships with management and colleagues alike.
**Driving Licence is preferable due the location of the office.**
