**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Operations**:

- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members.
- Handle inquiries and provide basic information about the organization.
- **Language Proficiency**:

- Fluent in Pashto with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Translate and interpret messages as needed for non-English-speaking visitors or callers.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with general office tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Support other departments with tasks as required.
- **Appointment Scheduling**:

- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment calendars.
- Send reminders to staff and clients about upcoming appointments.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service to clients, guests, and staff.
- Address inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in Pashto is essential.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities.
- No formal education is neccessary.

**Working Hours**:

- 24 hours per week (schedule to be determined Mon-Fri).
- The contract offered is on zero hour basis but guaranteed 24 hours a week.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: £1,000.00-£1,200.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Flexitime
- Monday to Friday
