We currently have a vacancy for a part time receptionist at our **Birmingham Depot**. This is a key position where you will be the first point of contact for our customers and visitors. You will take ownership to ensure all customers and visitors are welcomed into our business, telephones are answered in a professional manner, whilst providing great customer service in everything you do.
**To be a Receptionist, you should be**:
- Excellent with customers and aware of their needs
- Polite and friendly both over the phone and face to face
- Computer literate
- Able to prioritise tasks
- Organised and able to manage your time well
- Reliable and flexible
- Able to work quickly and accurately under pressure
**Some of the duties include, but are not limited to**:
- Meet and greet all customers and visitors
- Answer and direct telephone calls via a switchboard
- Ensuring all visitors sign in
- Keeping reception area presentable, general housekeeping, filing
- Receiving and directing mail
- Maintaining customer records
- Register new customers
- Processing customer returns and credit notes
- Ad-hoc administration
**What’s on offer?**
- Rate of pay dayshift £7.15 to £10.42 per hour
- 19 hours a week working the following shifts:
- Monday 15:30 - 18:00
- Tuesday 12:30 - 18.00
- Thursday 12:30 - 18:00
- Friday 12:30 - 18.00

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 19 per week
**Salary**: £7.15-£10.42 per hour
