As a Fire Services Administrator, you will be assisting in delivering property related compliance services for fire safety systems and periodic electrical testing ensuring that all compliance servicing, inspection regimes and remedial works are carried out in accordance with legislation and regulatory requirements.

We are happy to offer hybrid working with this role; You will be required to be in the office for around 2/3 days per week with the rest being from home, however please bear in mind we may need you to be in the office more within your probation and training. It's important to us that you feel fully ready and confident in the role before working from home. Of course if you'd prefer to be in the office more, then that is completely fine with us too

This role can also be based at our Case House office in Walton-on-Thames if preferred.

**Your responsibilities...**
- Project a positive image of PA Housing by providing an excellent level of customer service to all customers, including managing complaints within the relevant service areas for which the post holder is responsible
- Assist the Fire Services Supervisor in ensuring our fire systems and periodic electrical testing are statutory compliant and are serviced, tested and maintained to meet current Building Regulations, British Standards, ACoPs and best practise guidance. The fire systems will include AOVs, dry/wet risers, fire alarms, fire fighting equipment and emergency lighting systems. Periodic electrical testing includes occupied properties and communal areas
- Assist in maintaining the EICR records as required by the electrical testing regulations. This will include providing administrative support, sending resident communications, monitoring non-access, updating Keystone, arranging customer appointments, assisting with the escalation process and liaising with our legal support
- Assist in ensuring that the EICR servicing and inspection records are maintained through Keystone Service and Inspection module and stored electronically
- Assist in ensuring the no-access procedures for fire equipment testing, electrical testing and other building services and equipment are strictly followed
- Responsible for raising orders and administering day to day repairs including but not limited to fire risk assessment tasks, remedial works, building services actions, day-to-day orders and to assist the building services team as required
- Assist in raising P2P requisitions and processing supplier invoices
- Provide administrative and Keystone support for the Fire Improvement works team
- Assist the Fire Services Manager in scheduling the daily, weekly, monthly Building Services inspections
- Carry out telephone calls to residents to book-in servicing appointments as required
- To assist in collating and retaining service and inspection documentation for the completed works

- Experience of working within financial parameters and controls
- Basic knowledge of fire systems and equipment
- Experience of working alongside and supporting external suppliers to deliver an excellent service to our customers
- Experience of working in a RSL
- Good administrative experience
- Experience of working within in a customer focused, performance driven organisation within the housing, voluntary or private sector
- Experience of working in a maintenance team
