**Role Overview**

At Shield Safety, we provide comprehensive fire risk assessments (FRAs) and other fire safety services for a range of commercial clients across Hospitality and Retail. These fire safety services are provided by our dedicated team of ex-fire service professionals and fire safety experts who go above and beyond to help our clients to understand current laws and best practice, and advise what actions the business needs to take in order to be compliant.

**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for all aspects of the location visit they undertake, this includes and is not limited to fire risk assessments, fire evacuation procedures and fire training
- Ensure Fire Risk Assessments are uploaded timely and accurately
- Responsible for the quality and accuracy of all written and verbal communication to clients they provide
- Responsible for meeting individual performance targets set
- Organise their workload in an efficient manner and conform to processes established by the Auditing and Training Services Team Manager and supported by Services Co-Ordinator. This includes management of MS Outlook diary and produce information for POs as needed in a timely and accurate manner
- Participate in the Auditor Rating Scheme as directed by the Services Team Manager
- Produce and deliver Special Tasks as directed by the Services Co-Ordinator and Operations and Projects Support Administrator
- Support the Consultancy Services Team in providing technical fire safety advice for fire-related Helpline Cases
- Support the Consultancy Services Team in providing technical fire safety advice for fire-related policy development
- Support the IT Team, Sales Team, Commercial Team and Consultancy Team with technical advice and resource, when required
- Support the Sales Team with clear and concise communication for sales leads

**Job Type**: Freelance

**Salary**: £250.00 per day
