**SALES - FRONT OF HOUSE**
- _TYPE: Part Time - 25 hours per week_
- LOCATION: London* _SALARY: Starting at £11.50 per hour + commission (TBC)**StrongHer is London’s first strictly women only strength & conditioning space who are on the look for an incredible personality to join the sales / front of house team.We require someone with a general interest in fitness, wellbeing and health as well as an experience in sales and flawless administration skills to assist with the Font of House business. All the while providing an amazing first impression to all visitors and callers being the first point of contact in the studio.Shifts rotate and can be 6am starts or 9:30pm finishes. Would also be required to be available at weekends on a rotational basis.**Duties will include**:*_**_
- Handle customer/client questions, queries and registrations during busy periods
- Manage inbound leads to generate new business opportunities for either direct sales
- Completing prospects and member calls
- Nutrition bar: upselling and serving protein shakes
- Overseeing children (if necessary)

**Job requirements**:

- Previous experience in a sales background & customer facing.
- Previous phone experience & etiquette
- An outstanding individual who prides themselves in delivering first class service every time.
- Availability to work on shifts
- Excellent time management skills
- DBS/First Aid certifications are bonus but not required
