**Your responsibilities**:
- Creates picking lists for all released sales orders from direct customers and distributors in a timely fashion.
- Creates picking list for all released purchase orders from local offices in a timely fashion.
- Informs customer service teams of lead times, shipping dates and product issues for past, current, and future orders.
- Follow up of local third-party vendor orders in co-operation with our material planning department.
- Follow up of intercompany purchase orders to our Mindray Shenzhen offices.
- Creates reports for logistics and sales management, for example delivery forecast reports or delivery time reports. These reports are created using SAP, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Checks the possibility of rework using SAP. Rework means changing the configuration of a product to make it compatible for an open order. Physical rework will be done by technicians. All paperwork must be handled by the order processor.
- Creates intercompany invoices for our local offices on a weekly basis using the SAP system.
- Creates counting documents in SAP to ensure accuracy of the local stock. Physical counting is done our warehouse team; however, all administrative responsibilities are handled by the order processor.
- Check availability of local stocks for internal stock transfers using the SAP system
- Request new part numbers from local vendors using a restricted Mindray Excel server.
- Has contact with forwarders such as TNT, Cargo Partner, Rhenus and BF Logistics whenever there’s issues with deliveries.
- Support our warehouse team with the day-to-day issues.
- Working cohesively with customer service, sales, logistics, demand planning and customers to ensure the timely shipping of orders.
- This role is a pivotal role as an “internal Customer Service” expert, you are required to build a relationship with many departments internally as well as our 3rd party warehouse function based in Stevenage, there may be odd occasions when you are needed to go to Stevenage to improve our service and forge stronger relationships.

- Solid experience of MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Good sense of customer satisfaction as well as strong communication skills, along with a proactive sense.

- Proven relationship management skills
- Fluent in English
- Well organised and able to function independently with limited supervision
- Ideally you will have experience of working with a WMS like SAP, but for the right person - we will train
- Ability to work in the UK office without the requirement of company sponsorship
