seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Booking and Accounts Coordinator to join

our dynamic team.

Job Description: As a Booking and Accounts Coordinator at ABC Gone Ltd, you will

play a crucial role in managing and processing bookings accurately and efficiently.

Your expertise in QuickBooks or other accounting software will ensure our financial

transactions are recorded correctly, and your attention to detail will help maintain the

integrity of our accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Accurately manage and process property bookings
- Utilize QuickBooks or other accounting software to track and record financial

transactions
- Reconcile accounts and promptly resolve any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and team members
- Assist in preparing financial reports and statements as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Booking Specialist or in a similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Additional certifications or training in QuickBooks or accounting software
