Job Description
The Workforce Solutions Coordinator will be responsible for providing a high-quality, efficient, and responsive transactional and first-line advisory service to trust managers and staff. This will involve advising on a range of transactional and operational issues across all areas of the trust for non-medical workforce issues.
You will also be required to update the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) for any approved changes to staff records and ensure that the correct authorization processes have been followed within the framework of the national terms and conditions for Agenda for Change.
In addition, you will need to analyze complex payroll queries and liaise with the trust's payroll provider to resolve such issues and ensure that trust staff salary payments are accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing advice and support on transactional and operational issues
- Updating the Electronic Staff Record (ESR)
- Analyzing complex payroll queries
Requirements:
- 12 months' experience in electronic staff record data input
- NHS HR experience
- Customer service experience

- Payroll experience
