Admin and Accounts assistant
This is an office based role - Romford, RM1 - UK
SUMMARY
The role will involve general office duties, including but not limited to, assisting with invoice entry, processing orders and maintaining salesforce records across The Let’s Group, answering the telephone and other administrative duties.
FULL DESCRIPTION
- Maintaining records on the Group CRM system - Salesforce
- Maintaining records on accounts software package - Xero
- Supplier Invoice reconciliation and entry on to Xero accounts software
- Raising invoices for delivered loads and closing down jobs.
- Credit Control, i.e. reconciling client accounts and chasing for payments.
- Maintaining supplier waste licences and weighbridge certificates
- Company Cars - maintaining records for company cars and monitoring dates for tax / M.O.T. renewals
- Assisting with the processing of loads, booking haulage and arranging customs documents
- Canvassing for new hauliers
- Arranging postage of samples and maintaining records
- Providing holiday cover across the team
SKILLS
- Good telephone manner
- Attention to detail
- Experience across Microsoft Office, in particular Word, Excel and Outlook essential
- Experience in Xero and Salesforce preferable but not essential
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
