**Accounts Assistant - Full-Time - Romford**
**About us**
Enigma Security Solutions Limited is a growing company which specialise in delivering a highly personalised and focused range of security services. Our extensive client portfolio includes many premium-brand organisations.
The role will provide accounting support and management of the account’s receivables portfolio. The role is responsible for minimising credit risk, maximising cash flow, and creating long-lasting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
**Responsibilities include**:
- Processing all supplier invoices and payments
- Processing all customer invoices
- Credit control
- Bank account reconciliation
- VAT Returns
- Resolving supplier and client queries
- Processing company expenses
- Assisting with month end duties
- Assisting with management accounts
- Assisting with on-going Finance projects
- General administrative and ad-hoc duties
- **JOB Type and Location**_**:Full-time** / Monday to Friday / 09:00 - 17:30
**Location**: Romford - RM3 8UR, office based
**Benefits/salary**: £26,000 year,
**Person Specification**
- Previous experience is desirable.
- Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
- Proficient IT skills, including Sage Line 50
- Capable of preserving confidential or sensitive information
- Meticulous Attention to detail is a must.
- Taking the initiative to explore issues and to generate new ideas and approaches.
- Strong team player but also able to work autonomously and prioritise tasks.
- Good organisational skills and ability to self-motivate
