Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Accounts Clerk to join our team at Huntress. As an essential member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for various tasks including sending customer statements, reconciling bank accounts, processing invoices, sales invoicing, credit control, preparing payment runs, and monitoring inboxes.

You will also assist with checking supplier statements, posting bank receipts and payments, and ensuring timely completion of these duties. In addition, you will have the opportunity to prepare accounts reports when required.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounts position and hold an AAT or similar qualification. While not essential, having this experience and certification will be highly desirable.

The salary range for this position is between £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 24 days annual leave, an extra day off for your birthday, a company pension, private health cash plan, and company Christmas closure.
