Customer Service Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a prestigious Logistics company who work with one of the leading supermarkets. Based in their head office in Chineham, Basingstoke. This is a full time permanent position and wehave two different shift patterns on offer.
4 on 4 off, 1200 - 0000
4 on 4 off, 1400 - 0200
Responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator,
- Log and reply to customer queries
- Escalate any live issues as appropriate
- Tracking vehicles and completing specific trackers and performance reports
- Building and maintaining solid relationships with depots and customers
- Assist with resolving live issues where needed
- Analyse a number of systems to identify trends in service failures
Requirments:

- Previous customer service experience
- Strong IT skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible working approach and a real team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong ambition to add value to a team.
Our client is offering a salary of £24,500, with an unsocial hours bonus:
Bonus for the 1200 -0000 shift is £2,608.
Bonus for the 1400 - 0200 shift is £ 3,478.
