The 1to1 Group are delighted to be working with a world leading Medical Device company based in Basingstoke, who are looking for a senior customer service and admin assistant on a permanent basis.

In this role, you will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing Teams, to follow up enquiries and build relationships with existing clients. You will also be required to extract data from the CRM system, and run sales reports on a daily basis.

This is a very varied role with a mix of account management, admin, data analysing and business improvement. In order to be successful in this role you will need to have excellent system use and analytical skills, as well as fantastic customer service skills.

Main accountabilities:

- CRM Maintenance and management
- Assist the Marketing team by performing data extraction from CRM to facilitate the Go 2 Market, Go Out of Market, Life Cycle Management, sales data
- Assist with customer communications including prices rise letters, customer notifications and product / service discontinuations
- Quotation system management and support
- Follow-up of web and commercial enquiries with elementary discovery
- Deliver monthly sales report / Data breakdown and analysis from OPERA
- Data extraction, formatting and analysis (monthly sales calls, launch follow-up)
- Coordination and participation to internal Sales and Marketing team meetings and some external meetings
