The Role will include support for the Account Management Team as well as customers directly with account audits, data usage reports, billing queries, and all admin related tasks associated to the management of our Customers Accounts. You will manage your workload using tickets via our CRM.

You need good attention to detail coupled with an overriding passion for providing inspiring customer service along with a can-do attitude.

The ability to think on your feet whilst staying calm under pressure along with working on your own initiative are essential as you will also be handling queries, escalations and taking ownership of issues.
