Part of LSL Property Services plc, **PRIMIS Mortgage Network** are the largest Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with circa 1000 Mortgage & Insurance firms as business partners and approaching 3000 advisors working alongside us.

PRIMIS offer world class support to our partner firms nationally through a multitude of support services which include our extensive Finance team whom are located in the PRIMIS HQ on the Birmingham Business Park, B37.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Finance Department to join the team as a Finance Assistant.

**Working as a Finance Assistant you will receive;**
- A starting salary of **£23,000 - £25,000** (depending on experience)
- Opportunity to work on a **hybrid basis** after successful completion of initial training.

**In the role of a Finance Assistant you will;**
- Support management accounts process
- Managing adviser bank details for all new or terminating advisers
- Daily downloads of bank statements and system reports
- Share of daily payment processing
- Calculation of monthly adviser commissions
- Produce and send out adviser commission statements
- Credit control support for the Mortgage Network
- Maintain effective controls to ensure adviser data is accurate
- Responsible for calculating and administering ancillary charges
- Share responsibility for management of the account query mailbox
- Ad hoc finance tasks across the department

**In order to be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with;**
- Strong Excel and office skills
- Studying or have desire to study formal accounting qualifications
- A "can do" attitude to work
- Be willing to get involved and produce results
- Be a team player, supporting and offering assistance where and when required

**Additional Information**

Initial training will take place in our office which is based in Solihull / Birmingham Business Park.

After the successful completion of your initial training, you will be offered the opportunity to work between our office and your home - up to 4 days home and 1 day in the office.
