Office Administrator

Our Administrators are an integral part of our Specsavers business ensuring efficient administration and scheduling that puts our customers first and foremost.

Key Duties
- Manage the diary of clinics.
- Manage cancellations and where appropriate rescheduling appointments
- Confirm appointments 24 hours ahead of time
- Mange the eGOS notification process

.NHS administration
- Manage some financial processes including expenses and banking as required
- Be an ambassador for the Specsavers at all times and ensure Specsavers Brand reputation is maintained at all times

About you

Essential skills and experience
- Excellent administration and organisational skills
- Systems literate, able to use different IT systems effectively including Office 365
- Excellent customer service approach, able to provide support and reassurance to customers and their families/carers
