We are Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. Within the Care in the Home division, we support adults with spinal cord injury to live in their own homes.

We'd like you to join us as a **Support Worker** at our brand new clients care package, at her home based in Tarporley (Cheshire).

**When you'll be working**:

- Days & Night shifts available
- Days: 8am-8pm
- Waking nights: 8pm-8am
- Full Time & Part Time available (24, 36 or 48 hours)

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to support our client with a spinal cord injury in their own home. This will involve supporting with personal care, medication, moving and handling and domestic duties. You will be working double up shifts, alongside a live in support worker.

**No previous experience required **as full training, shadow shifts and ongoing support will be provided.

**Due to the rural location of the clients home, you must be a driver with a car in order to get to shifts.
